The founder of the academy is a global Renewable Energy Consultant and business strategist with over 20 years of leadership across education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. She holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and established her first company in 2011. Since then, she has focused on supporting professionals and founders worldwide. With a strong emphasis on clean energy, digital innovation, and women in tech, GEA provides CPD-certified training designed to accelerate growth, boost impact, and help individuals build resilient, future-ready businesses.
She has taught marketing and business at the college and high school levels, including Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A-Level curricula. Her hands-on teaching experience ensures that GEA courses are aligned with international academic standards while remaining deeply practical and results-driven.
She is also an early pioneer in digital knowledge systems, having published a scientific article on electronic libraries in *Info – Information and Telecommunication Technology Journal* (1996), at a time when digital access was still a futuristic concept. Her work anticipated many of the e-learning and information-sharing models that are now essential to modern education.
